My Thoughts:

I really enjoyed this book and thought it was a great Halloween/fall read. Jack and Ember are really interesting characters that make you want to root for them. I found the storylines and twists in the novel to be well timed and they kept me reading. I also really enjoyed the world that Houck was able to create with all different types of creatures. Another aspect that I truly enjoyed was all of the Halloween lore that was incorporated into the book. This is the perfect read for the month of October!
