Magick, Murder and Merlin make for one fun cozy mystery

Magick Run Amok is the third stories in a magically funny cozy mystery series. The series main character is a witch and along with her normal (I always think muggle) T.V. News Reporter boyfriend, her psychic Aunt Tilly and Merlin himself (you’ll have to read book one to hear THAT part of the story) she solves crimes. Although this book will work just fine as a stand alone I highly recommend starting with book one (Magick & Mayhem) because you’ll have a better understanding and because its just a great read.

There are so many great things about this book. The writing is wonderful and the plot flows along nicely. Things get really complicated but the author does a wonderful job of bringing everything together nicely at the end. There is a also a ton of humor in the book that always makes me smile. Merlin is constantly trying to understand the modern world and often running amok all over the place, much to my amusement. There is also the usual bits of danger and sleuthing. Overall I really enjoyed this book and give it 4 stars. If you like paranormal cozy mysteries, cozy mystery, or just a good book give this one a read.
